DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, n. 196 and subsequent amendments (hereinafter the "Privacy Code") and the European Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, the "Privacy Regulation"), SEMM Foundation - European School of Molecular Medicine (hereinafter, the "Owner" or "Foundation"), with headquarters in Via Adamello n. 16, (20139) Milan, Fiscal Code/VAT number 03448300966, telephone +39-0257489806, email info[AT]semm.it, intends to inform you that, in the case of your express consent (pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Privacy Regulation), your personal data will be processed to update you on all institutional initiatives, by sending promotional material, via email (hereinafter, the "Newsletter").
The data you have provided will be used primarily with paper and / or IT tools, under the authority of the Data Controller, by specifically designated, authorized and trained parties (pursuant to art.2- quaterdecies of the Privacy Code and of the article 29 of the Privacy Regulation). We inform you that appropriate security measures are observed, also pursuant to Articles 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation, in order to prevent the loss of data, its illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
The data may be communicated, within the EU, in full compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and the Privacy Regulation, to the following subjects: to the financial administration and / or other public authorities, where this is imposed by law or at their request; to the structures, subjects and external companies of which the Data Controller makes use for carrying out related activities, instrumental or consequent to the execution of the Newsletter service; to external consultants, if not designated in writing as Data processors. The updated list of data processors, where designated, can be provided upon request by the data subject.
The data necessary for sending the Newsletter will be processed in an "OPT-OUT" model, ie until the data subject exercises the right to unsubscribe from the service.
At any time, you can exercise your rights under Articles 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, for access, rectification, transformation, blocking, cancellation, limitation of processing, in the manner established by art. 12 of the Privacy Regulation and with the limits referred to in art. 2-undecies of the Privacy Code.

INFORMATIVA SULLA TUTELA DEI DATI PERSONALI
Ai sensi del D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n. 196 e s.m.i. (di seguito, il “Codice Privacy”) e del Regolamento Europeo 2016/679 (di seguito, il “Regolamento Privacy”), Fondazione SEMM – Scuola Europea di Medicina Molecolare (di seguito, il “Titolare” o la “Fondazione”), con sede in Via Adamello m. 16, (20139) Milano, Codice Fiscale/Partita Iva numero 03448300966, telefono +39-0257489806, email info[AT]semm.it intende informarLa che, in caso di Suo espresso consenso (ai sensi dell’art. 6, comma 1, lett. a) del Regolamento Privacy), i Suoi dati personali saranno trattati per aggiornarLa su tutte le iniziative istituzionali, attraverso l’invio di materiale promozionale, tramite email (di seguito, la “Newsletter”).
I dati da Lei forniti verranno trattati prevalentemente con strumenti cartacei e/o informatici sotto l’autorità del Titolare del trattamento, da parte di soggetti specificamente Designati, autorizzati ed istruiti al trattamento (ai sensi dell’art. 2-quaterdecies del Codice Privacy e dell’ art. 29 del Regolamento Privacy). La informiamo che sono osservate idonee misure di sicurezza anche ai sensi degli artt. 5 e 32 del Regolamento Privacy per prevenire la perdita dei dati, usi illeciti o non corretti ed accessi non autorizzati.
I dati potranno essere comunicati, all’interno dell’UE, nel pieno rispetto di quanto previsto dal Codice Privacy e dal Regolamento Privacy, ai seguenti soggetti: all’amministrazione finanziaria e/o altre autorità pubbliche, ove ciò sia imposto dalla legge o su loro richiesta; alle strutture, ai soggetti ed alle società esterne di cui il Titolare si avvale per lo svolgimento di attività connesse, strumentali o conseguenti all’esecuzione del servizio di Newsletter; ai consulenti esterni, se non designati per iscritto Responsabili del trattamento. L’elenco aggiornato dei Responsabili del trattamento designati può essere fornito su richiesta da parte dell’interessato.
I dati necessari all'invio della Newsletter verranno trattati in un modello di gestione "OPT-OUT" ovvero fino a quando l'interessato eserciterà il diritto di disiscrizione dal servizio.
In qualsiasi momento potrà esercitare i diritti di cui agli artt. 15 e segg. del Regolamento Privacy, per l’accesso, la rettifica, la trasformazione, il blocco, la cancellazione, la limitazione del trattamento, nelle modalità previste dall’art. 12 del Regolamento Privacy e nei limiti stabiliti dall’art. 2-undecies del Codice Privacy.
